AIM4Genius Adverting and Marketing Terms of Service
By using the AIM4Genius LLC website, engaging our services, or making a payment, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the marketing and design services (“Services”) provided by AIM4Genius LLC (“Firm”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
The Firm offers various advertising, marketing and design services, which are detailed on our website and selected by you during the purchase process. The scope of work for each service (“Project Scope”) is based on your requirements and may include lead generation, ad targeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
Payment Terms
Services must be paid as a subscription. We are unable to accept manual payments unless paid in full annually. For projects over $50,000, 50% payment is due upfront, with the remainder scheduled per the service agreement. All payments are non-refundable once account setup commences.
The Firm provides services under a 13-month subscription term, which you may cancel at any time. There is no commitment required beyond the initial month for which you have paid.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for the Firm to perform the Services. You must designate a single point of contact responsible for decision-making and approvals related to the scope of services.
Meeting Scheduling
Once service scopes are agreed upon, AIM4Genius recommends meeting frequencies to advance project scopes. Clients are expected to participate fully to ensure timely progress. Clients may schedule meetings using our self-scheduler, adhering to a responsible use policy. We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. After two last-minute cancellations, a fee of $150 will be charged for each subsequent cancellation.
Abandonment and Stalls
A stall is when project activity ceases for less than 30 days due to client inaction, which prevents progress on the project. A project is considered abandoned if inactivity extends beyond 30 days. A fee of the lesser of $1000 or 10% of the original project scope is charged to re-engage after abandonment or two stalls.
Revisions and Modifications
Up to three ad creative revisions are included in each project scope. Additional revisions or complex creative modifications may be subject to additional charges.
Risk Acknowledgment
All advertising is risky with unpredictable outcomes. We make no claims or guarantees of conversion. The service is to utilize digital social media-provided tools to run optimized advertising campaigns with tactics and strategies that have worked for others in the past. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
The Firm is not liable for service interruptions or the inability to use the Services due to factors beyond our reasonable control. No refunds are available once work has commenced.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which AIM4Genius LLC is incorporated. The Firm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIM4Genius LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings regarding the same.
By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
